NJPN Networking Day
''Hope has two beautiful daughters: their names are anger and courage.
Anger that things are the way they are. Courage to make them the way they ought to be.'' (St Augustine of Hippo)
Seeking the Christian alternative and offering hope in the current climate
Come and join in an open discussion forum to seek the Christian alternatives in response to the economic crisis. The discussion, chaired by Maria Elena Arana, will be led by John Battle with contributions by Pat Gaffney (Pax Christi), Paul Morrison (Church Action on Poverty) and Ellen Teague (Columban JPIC, Chair of NJPN Environment Working Party), but you all are invited to put your ideas on the table. A crisis is also a time of opportunity, to see how things could be different – don’t miss this chance to formulate our response and seek a way forward.
