Churches

At SCM we recognise the importance of working with churches to nurture a thoughtful, open-minded approach to the Christian faith among students and young people. There are many ways in which your church could help us develop and sustain our activities and our vision.

Subscribe to Movement magazine
If you do not want a formal link with SCM but would welcome a mailing each term containing a copy (or copies) of our magazine then why not subscribe to Movement.

Support our work through prayer
We produce a yearly prayer diary to encourage you to pray for our local groups, staff and the wider work of the movement. Please pray for inclusive, welcoming student communities where all feel able to question and explore their faith.

Support our work financially
For 120 years SCM has provided a space for students to explore Christianity in a thoughtful and open-minded way. We have challenged and inspired generations of students to engage with political and social issues and to campaign against injustice. This year we have launched our Jubilee Appeal to ensure that this work continues and develops sustainably.
