Proposals Invited for SCM's Annual General Meeting
Do you have an idea for a project that would develop SCM’s work? Is there an issue or campaign that you think SCM should support?
SCM’s AGM is your opportunity to hear about what has been happening behind the scenes at SCM over the past year, and to find out what plans are in place for SCM's work. Members will also have the chance to shape the future of the movement by voting on any proposals to the AGM and by taking part in the General Council elections.
SCM members are invited to submit proposals to the AGM to be voted on by the movement. If you’d like to put together a proposal, simply download the template here and send it to the SCM office no later than 12 noon on Friday 23rd February.
Please note that only full members of SCM are entitled to submit proposals, and vote at the AGM and in the elections. To become a member, or to renew your membership, please visit the membership page. If you can't make it to the AGM, SCM members are entitled to appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf. To do this, you must nominate your proxy by emailing the SCM office before Monday 5th March.
