Movement 2018: Gifts of Grace
Join SCM in Glasgow this Spring to explore what it means to encounter Gifts of Grace in our lives. We will be looking at hard questions such as what it means to turn the other cheek and the nature of forgiveness and how it balances with a thirst for justice and liberation.
We'll be hearing from David Kenvyn, anti-apartheid activist and member of the Executive of Action for Southern Africa on how we can reconcile communities and Jo Russell on walking the path of forgiveness in our everyday lives. Find our more about our speakers, chaplains and workshop leaders here.
SCM groups from across the country will be leading our prayer and worship and there will be delicious food and chances to get to know other students from around Britain.
The event also incudes SCM’s Annual General Meeting and the fourth annual SCM Awards & Celebration Dinner.
For more details, see our programme. Free crash pad accommodation will be provided at Wellington Church for Friday and Saturday night. Travel bursaries are also available.
