
This workshop plan is here to help you lead a group in conversations concerning Black Theology, Womanist Theology, Bonhoeffer, and Anti Racism. There is background to Black and Womanist theologians, their thoughts, and time for reflection and discussion about their theologies. There is also space to discuss taking action against racism and what these actions could be.
Workshop Aims
- To explore Black Theology and Womanist Theology during the Civil Rights Movement in America.
- Explore how Bonhoeffer's time in Abyssinian Baptist Church influenced his theology and perspectives.
- Reflect and discuss anti racism and anti racist actions.
