A prayer based on 1 Corinthians 13
Dear Lord,
We have been impatient and unkind,
with ourselves and others.
We have been jealous, boasted
and let pride into our hearts.
But you are not easily angered;
you do not keep a record of our wrongs.
Bring us back to your Truth that we may rejoice.
Protect us and support as we hope, trust and persevere.
Jesus, through you this is possible.
Amen.
