SCM Connect

We are a friendly and inclusive congregation located in the heart of Oxford, attracting a diverse congregation from around the world. 

We have student lunches on the first sunday of the month during term (0th week to 8th week). We share a meal and hang out. It’s a chance to get to know each other better and to encourage one another as we grow together.

We are a fully inclusive and affirming church, with many of our students identifying as LGBTQ+. We are currently in the process of licensing the church for same-sex marriage, and host an annual Pride blessing service among other LGBT+ focused services.

Whether you’re new to church and just looking for somewhere to ask questions about God, or a committed Christian wanting to continue your faith journey in an open atmosphere, we would love to welcome you.
